Boarding place for a lady around Galle

My cousin sister , a decent middle aged lady wants to find a boarding place in Galle area for a reasonable price. Should be a quiet secure place without trouble. Living with an elderly lady or a single mother with children is preferred. Can someone please help her as she finds it very difficult to find a good place.
