I use boc mobile banking app and its the worst banking app I have ever used. Terrible user experience. Sent an email to them with a review, no response from responsible people at all. I don't know who are the creators of the app. But its plain bad from ui to backend.
At least it gets the things done even with some difficulties, which we can be thankful at the present situation.

Since you have already installed B app, why don't you use it for utility payment and reloads?
I know the UI is kind of sucks, but I do my payments/ money transfers and reloads using B app. And its reliable.
Also there is this facility to automate bill payments by scheduling so you don't have to worry about paying them every month.
etc bills like Dailog tv, where the payment amount usually is not changing month by month.
