I use boc mobile banking app and its the worst banking app I have ever used. Terrible user experience. Sent an email to them with a review, no response from responsible people at all. I don't know who are the creators of the app. But its plain bad from ui to backend.


At least it gets the things done even with some difficulties, which we can be thankful at the present situation.

Web application is little bit better compared to the app, you can log into it using the same credentials.

I'm okay with the mobile app for now as I don't use it daily.
Even the web app, just look at the design. Grade 10 kids create better web pages with bootstrap these days. Cheap work from boc.

UX/UI of their latest app (SamrtPay) is fine. But I don't know why they don't change the UI in B app.
