Thopilata bodiya daganna onnam, mehema kaapiya.
Meal 1-
5 egg whites 1 egg yolk with 3 slices of bread.
Meal 2-
Samaposha or Oatmeal with skim milk, sliced bananas and honey. Add a serving of whey protein supplement to it for more protein.
Meal 3-
Half a chicken breast with vegetables (spinach, gotukola etc)
Meal 4-
5 egg whites and 1 yolk.
Meal 5-
Half a chicken breast with vegetables.
Meal 6-
Whey protein with non-fat milk before bed.
Drink a 4 liters of water throughout the day, and lots of extra non-fat milk.
When going to gym drink a whey protein before and after workout.
