well on LCD's there's no such thing is pure black. its always Deep Grey and my panel is no exception and its bugging me a lot lool since im a CRT fanatic

There may not be such thing as pure black on LCDs but at least can't it get close ?

I'm a graphic designer and just recently moved to LCDs. The only issue I have with LCDs is the black levels as they just can't match a CRT. But after using LCDs I don't want to go back to a CRT!

oh well my former LCD was a 19" also, i just needed a better one..this one is definitely better but no match for a good CRT tho

haha...... i think thats why graphic designers n desktop publishers still use crts
bt for gaming i think that liquid effect is gud

This is the Samsung 943NWX 19" Wide screen monitor, i got it yesterday from Unity for 25K Rupees, Its image quality is much better than my previous LCD, but it seems a bit too bright even after lowering the brightness, and the vertical vewing angle is lower i think, if u got one pls Post ur toughts.

machan i also got 943nwx. i think it's good. also think yeah, it's kinda too bright!!!!! anyway i'm enjoin the product...
