Yes im talking about a Huntkey my bad, Iwe posted the exact Huntkey model above, Ur PSU can deliver 700W but at the cost of very low efficiency, hell it can go up to 770W according to Hardware Secrets, but at those power levels DC Noise margins are out of spec and can be dangerouse to all your hardware.

You should have gotten a Amacrox AX600-S they are in SL now and I own a 500W model, Amacrox is a company of the FSPgroup a well reputed PSU maker. nways I think yours is good enough for your rig, but you have spend too much for it unfortunately.
Bro, the Amacrox 500W model is available at barclays, will it be able to run my new 9800GTX+?
    How about its efficiency? :)

This will give you a nice electricity bill as well. :D

Nope machan it won't. 700Watts means it can deliver maximum watts as 700, But ur electricity bill depend on the processor u are using. Not the Powersupply :)

    :)

 Rocketfish may catch fish and fly rockets but I am hell as sure they dont make any PSUs.The PSU you have posted pictures here is from Channelwell.A notorious company with a bad past and a good future in PSU industry.:D

Unfortunately you have a bad supply.:P All gigabyte PSUs in the past screwed up coz they had the same PSU inside.
The UL number never lie.Its E161451.A bad PSU.Well considering the crap we have here its better but not as worth as you hype.:P

Yes they don't make by their own, they have only 700w models. chk their site. But all others are the same :D no company make every nut and bolt in their workshop. they buy transformer frm a one company, pcb frm another and housing somewhere else. that is called Visheshikaranaya :D in economics (i dunno the english term for that as I'm doing als in sinhala medium, help me :P), that's why we are getting these for $100 else we'll be overpaying to own these.

I searched channelwell products max output power they have is 550w :D and efficency is 72%. ??

I didn't hype on this , that Ul no. is for channelwell co .ltd , this is Rocketfish ;)
it is FCC certified, as well as sli certified so why need more?
I get more than enough power even for my future upgrade :D

    Visheshikaranaya = Specialization :)

and almost every latter mid-range or high end enthusiast level stuff are overpriced in SL so no need to talk about it! Just grit your teeth pay for it and just forget it!! :dull:

I think he meant to say that the OEM is Channelwell!

Anyway.. bro does your PSU has that "80 Plus" logo? I'm not sure every PSU claims that they have over 80+ eff. can be trusted otherwise they are certified by 80 Plus!

Well... if its TRUE then good for you!

And as for the SLI thing... not all SLI setups draw the same power levels right? So might wanna check from the Nvidia site which SLI Cert. PSU will match your rig!

BTW your PSU looks like mine too :)

Dude Can Anyone Tell Me Whats The Differnce Between Nvidia 9600GT & 9800GTX Coz I Ordered a 9800GTX from Ebay but That Guy aint Replying Now so I thought Of Doing a Chargeback through Paypal & get The money Back & Buy it Here From Barclays(9600 GT)

    9600GT Price is abt-20,000
    9800GTX price was-$235 (@ Ebay Including shipping)

So what Do You Think ? is it worth buying 9600GT frm here & its easy to buy frm here

Argh wanna bet!! Read ths Review of the model [email protected] has
    http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/556/1

    And heres the Huntkey model
    http://www.huntkey.com/eng/productmore.asp?id=660

Its a Huntkey Titan 650 W (HK650-52PEP), It is not a good PSU but at least it can deliver its Rated power @ 50C while sucking up 1000W from the mains tho LMFAOhttp://www.huntkey.com/eng/productmore.asp?id=660

Damn machan , you mislead all of us, even I was scared

You were spitting about the RF WPS model which is older, which is made by huntkey .and has only 41A in 12V rails (this one's efficiency is 70%)

Mine is RF WPS2 which is the newer version. and it isn't fully finished by another company AFAIK.. It has 52A in 12V rails (efficiency is 80% + minimum @ full load)

chk here there are 2 models http://www.rocketfishproducts.com/c-3-computer-accessories.aspx

    compare the labels
although the wps model say 18A *4 on 12V rails it's efficiency is 70% or less less I think, 41A in 12v rail (refer the 2 manuals) that is why you were saying that to get 700w, it consumes 1000w, that's crap. :P :P

I think i didn't overpaid for this one with 80% + effi. compared with other psus and there prices in sl.

next time please be carefull when searching reviews in google and posting em. :D :D :D

yes bro.wait.......... ill post the pic

My mboard isn't sli supported. it is a p5Q-E ne so crossfire, i have no hopes of going to dual gpu solution, as still there are issues with micro stut which makes em definitely not the bang for buck.

You are so wrong about the Amperage of these two models, Your one (RF-700WPS2) has 52A and the one I was talking about (RF-700WPS) has 72A (4x18 12V rails), I missed the number 2 there.

    The one Reviewed

    http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/imageview.php?image=10403

    Your one

    10112008716ym6.jpg

They both have the same name, nways I was not trying to mislead anyone, was a simple mistake PSU name is exactly the same except for the number 2 and I missed it sorry about that, it seems like your new one is even worse than the one reviewd lmao.

And im sorry but Zcexve is Correct ur PSU (RF-700WPS2) is made by channelwell And its based on a 550W model now thats Total Cheating :o

    http://www.cwt.com.tw/english/2_product/1_detail.php?ID=1112

So actually It was even worse than I though it was, And the amount you paid for it is a TOTAL WASTE, Actually Now you should be really scared, cuz channelwell is a cheapo PSU maker and im not sure this one can deliver 450W without blowing up.

Mach no offence,But those logos can be added without any comnfirmation or checking with the logo approvals.See those Chinese ones. They have all UL nos and FCC approvals. But both are needed and implemented by USA and they never ship there.:P And a SLI certification for a PSU need 4.49 USD for a PSU AFAIK.(It must be reduced now).Gigabyte channelwells didn't got them so how can Rocketfish?? Anyway its a good step. This imight tend others to go for better PSUs.And I dont think you will use more than 385W.SO its twice the rated.

my power requirement in stock speeds is like 480w , bt to overclock i need more like 600w, To overclock my vga ,I need good 12V rails, and it is better to be future proof.
OMG!!! 480W at stock? Give me your PC and I will show you it drains less than 300W at full load :P
