Don't get scared or switch to panic mode. But please take care and precautions as much as possible. Also be responsible to the entire society in general. (sadly this doesn't seem to be happening with the returnees)
Everyone got to understand that they can place someone older or with other medical issues at a great risk.
In the absence of a proven vaccine the only hope is a potentially beneficial mutation. This is exactly what happened with SARS. As far as I could remember, it lost four segments from its viral genome, became more severe, but at the same time made it harder to transmit to humans.
Currently contact tracing and containment is the key to curb the infection rates.
