BSc Top Up or MSc

I have an UK HND.

An Institute said I can be admitted to their MSc programme because I have sufficient work experience.

But I can also do a topup and earn a BSc.

Which option is better? Please share your thoughts.

(I only want career promotion, both programmes have not much content)

go for the MSc. it's harder to do a final year of a BSc programme while working.. specially if you have research experience it's easier to do masters i think...

What about a MBA ??
Msc means the academic qualification right ??
Its better to do the professional qualification right ??
I don't know much
But still Msc is a better option than a Bsc
