From what I have understood, it is for the whole fund, not for an individual person. But everybody contributes to it. Percentages and the amount you take home are calculated after deducting all those fees charged to the fund.

20K is for the whole fund that is collected. Not for the 1M investment a person make. And yes, LKR 15115.07 for 1M is calculated after deducting fees.
