Calling out for Samsung SH-203 and SH-223 DVDRW owners

If you a lucky owner of a DVD burner of these families, please post the disc quality scans of recently burned discs. I want to see scans of different different disc brands/codes.

This is all you have to do:
1. Download CD/DVD speed from HERE.
2. Load a NON-EMPTY DVD to the disc
3. Load CD DVD Speed application
4. Go to Disc Quality tab.
5. Set the speed to 8x. Press start.
6. Once the scan is completed, post the screenshot here. (you can save the screenshot using the Save button left to the Start button at the top)

Ok I found a way to make CD DVD Speed compatible with Samsung DVDRW.

Read this.

Then do a quality scan at 8x speed, and post the screenshot.

Here's my new drive's results. Verbatim DVD-R 16x disc was burned at 18x.
Time taken: 4 minutes 38 seconds



I was amazed to see a Taiyo Yuden MID under the disc. I think I'm gonna get a crap load of these discs!

I think I should burn these at 12x or so to get the best quality.
