Calling Sri Lanka

I'm new to this forum. I need help.

My family recently moved to Sri Lanka and I want to contact them by phone. What is the best phone card to use to call Sri Lanka from the U.S.A.? Where can I purchase it?

Try Skype? Or IQO mobile. IQO also gives cheap sms rates to Lanka

Thanks for the suggestion. I have used Skype in the past.

The problem with Skype and ICQ is that my family don't have an internet connection yet, and won't have one for awhile. So I'm stuck with calling them on a land-line. That's why I need a phone card.
