These are website sellers,you have to be careful to find genuine ones with stable income,what they do is build a website then place lot of ads to gain a income screenshot for 3 months and set it for sale.ads doesn’t mean there is organic traffic,youll have to spend a lot on ads to get that $100 income there onwards
