It doesn't matter...my advice is, try to come here as a PR holder, if you come here as a student you have to suffer a lot, may be more than AUS becsuse of cold weather, academic work, job issues, etc

But living in Toronto, if you in ON, is a different story, more jobs+high living cost.

And do not believe what f***g agencies tell you, they only concern about their concession.

Just check the CIC web, everything is there.
