Can't download Rapidshare

Hi guys.

I'm using Dialog mobile broadband connection. But I can't download any file
using rapidshare pla help me.

Dialog broadband gives you a shared IP
so you cant download RS files from that IP
You have to buy premium account to downlaod from dialog broad
