Can't rename, cut&paste folders ????

Hi I'm using Vista Professional sp3 with Kis 2010 tika dawasaka indala mage lap eka folders rename karanna ba "folder does not exist"(new folder ekak hadala name ekak dunnahamath same) kiyala massage ekak enawa anika folder ekak cut & paste wenneth na

is this a virus effect?
how to recover?
can this fixed without formating the pc?

machan if vista support install this( i think sp3 nam thiyenne u have Xp ) then right click on the folder and click unlock...and use ur common knowledge..i think now it can be rename delete or ....

thanks for the reply ...ya its my fault its not sp3 vista pro. sp2 sorry for that

as my connon knowledge this is windows unlocker software right? ya it can be help but if this is a virus it will not help with removing the virus but any way thanks for the reply. i have this unlocker software

THen try to see whethere there is a Virus...if the existing Virus Guard Seams not identifying any...Switch to another one...At least till the risk is gone...
