Definitely, it should be a combination of Socialism and a National strategic policy which we can deeply think and drastically develop our own culture, resources, society, economy and foreign policies etc etc; plus good educated leaders to take our country to a different horizon by raising the bar to a high level within a given time frame.

our education should be aimed to the professions.

in this educational race we can't hope there will be intelligent leaders. there will be just educated leaders

If we have to make a choice between socialism and capitalism, then I think socialism is better-people have more deciding power and poor/old/disabled/disadvantaged people will be better protected under such a system. The others also will benefit because there's more equality, in social status, opportunities, access to education/health/jobs etc.
But it's not without bad sides as well.
It becomes a fair deal only if everybody works the same, to the same quality.
Authoritarianism can affect it just as it does Capitalist societies.
People in power can misuse it, and the opportunities may not be the same.
Personal freedom may have some restrictions-but I don't see it as inevitable; just a side effect of power being in wrong hands.
