Normally they pay 50,000 for fresh graduates (actually it is 45,000 )
Yes, they have a flat culture and talk to each other with first names.

they are mainly looking for C programming. if you are good in algorithms and if you have developed any algorithmic by your own that will help you to go inside .
If you good at Linux and UNIX you can go for supportive services rather than SE
