I agree with you on that. I don't have half of the qualification she had in that time. Neither do I still. I never Studied at a University. Not even that so called open one. I left school after O/L. But all of my employees are graduates. I respect them because without them I'm nothing. They know that. I pay them well to shut their mouth and not to work as my competitors. Once I paid one of my designer half a million just not to work in my rival company.
