Changing Hosting Servers, Actually what happened? help me!

i have a hosting package and a domain.

im not satis with the service with them. so i want to change to another hosting provider.

when i sign up new hosting account from another company. they give us option to use our existing domain with the new hosting package.

if i select that option and buy that package, how they get my domain from old company.
(because that domain buy from old company, on behalf of me, but it registered using my details.)

Q-
if i want to buy new package with my existing domain. should i want to tell OLD Company to release my domain from the old account?

or..
how it happening.. im confused! help me!

Unta kiyapan domain eka unlock karala EPP code eka denna kiyala. Hosting company ekema domain eka register karanna epa.
Anith eka domain ekak register karapu gaman transfer karannath ba. 2 months inna wenawa. Eka ICANN regulation ekak.

Domain eka release karannema naththa, ICANN ekata issue ekak file karapan. Naththam original registrar contact karaganin.
