Yeah right. So because he was never arrested he's not a terrorist or LTTE sympathizer. There is a strong rumor that certain individual within the yahapalana government is responsible for his murder. Anyhow killing of a human being cannot be justified.

He also published articles that revealed sensitive issues regarding national security. Once he published an article linking Karuna's military wing with Sri Lankan army officials. LTTE used that news paper article to justify their claims in one of the peace talks in 2006.

there were reports of him being arrested few times for revealing state secrets.
does revealing state secrets when a war is being waged with a terror group constitute an act of terrorism?
