You don't need to revel password just to check strength. Follow these simple rules - and it will be a strong password:
1) Minimum 8 characters
2) Alpha Numeric (a...z, 0...9), with at least one alphabet in Upper Case (capital), and one special character (!, @, #...)

Note: As a rule of thumb you should have different passwords for different sites. This is also mentioned in the screenshot

Already most of our people following rules much similar to this. Also by following thee guidelines you can obtain @least 70% of PW strength.
