cut the chicken into big pieces
blend ginger and garlic and add to that (more the better)
add salt, chillie powder curry powder (badapu thuna paha)
then add some vinakiri, tamarind, soy sauce
if u want u can add some sugar or kithul hakuru
put some curd mix the whole thing and put it in the refrigerator for 4 -5 hrs
when grilling put the chicken on the grill and let it warm for couple of mins and paste butter on top of the chicken....... use butter 3-4 times per piece......
