cima is core management accounting machan, more than banking its better if u can join a production/industrial firm with cima. But if u need a financial accounting qualification try Acca. back in those days we got acca membership free for the Acma. donno hw the situation now is..
However with cima u many doors will open to to u as it covers almost all the aspects of a business from scratch. Good Luck.

Well, CIMA is not a Banking examination, its a Professional Qualification for Management Accountants. You can get jobs is various industries rather than focusing only at a sector. In general you can apply for Management Accounting, Financial accounting, Manufacturing, Project Management, Strategic planning and there are many more. Salaries will depend on the country you are going to work.

Once you done with foundation level, i think you can go for a salary around 20,000 p.m. Once you are fully qulified may be around 100,000. It really depends on your work expereince bro.

ACCA is crap, dont do it unless you are plannning to go to UK and sign off fin statments.
