ඔව් CIMA කරල Audit Firm ගිහින් මාසෙට පොඩි පඩියක් අරන් කට්ටක් කාල promotion අරන් ඉහලට යනවට වඩා හොදයි මචන් CIMA Complete කරල ඉවර උනු ගමන්ම APIIT වගේ එකකට BABA කරන්න සෙට් වෙන එක... තව around 5 laks වගේ යනව. හැබැයි මචන් 1st or 2nd upper එකක් එක්ක degree ගොඩ දැන්මොත් කෙලින්ම පඩි 20න් පටන් ගන්නෙ.(Mgt. Trainee) මාස 6න් 45ට යනව.. 1year ඇතුලට 1 laks ට එහා යන්න පුලුවන්.. ඒක තමා හොදම track එක බන්.. ජොබ වලට අඩගහල ගන්නෙ... උබ දාන හැම CV එකෙන්ම interview call කරනව.. ඒක sure..

First i must tell that i have already completed CIMA. My advice on you is that first you must decide which area you would like most. If you are more into management side then go for CIMA, but keep in mind you have to complete all the level otherwise there will be a less oppertunity to get a competitive offer. I did CIMA in WISDOM and its a good place to study. Finally i must tell you this as well, when you come to managerial level join to a well recognised audit firm and get experience from there, it will hep you a alot in the future. Thank you very much bro, As I heard above it is not a must to join to An Audit Firm. So my plan is to get a job in shipping related company as i wish to have experience.
