From my perspective, Muslim girls have a preference for a penis that is not circumcised, whereas Sinhalese girls have a preference for one that is circumcised 
With a fairly substantial sample size, I can definitively say that most Sri Lankan girls don't give a fuck about size, shape, color, cut uncut or anything else. (this is for normal sizes, defined as a penis size where a regular condom when worn doesn't slip off) They care far more about the guy the dick is attached to, his attitudes, how comfortable he makes them feel etc. Also, emotional attachment (like lover, bf, husband, close friend) can be extremely important to women. Us guys don't care as long as they're hot and horny.
Speaking about things girls actually care about, being able to keep a hard on for a reasonable amount of time without cumming matters to girls way more than anything else. Girls hate nothing more than having to always blow or shake between positions just to get it up. They are always careful to not mention it, but that exasperation is always there.
Most girls also take that unmistakable feeling of a guy going limp inside them quite personally. So focus on improving that more, with diet, exercise, sleep and stress management. If you have doubts about performance, use any of the PD5 blocker tablets to stay harder. It's just good curtesy. It goes without saying that you have to keep yourself clean as well. Wash the region thoroughly when you bathe, and wear clean underwear.
As for cut vs uncut, as long as you stay clean, there won't be a problem. Uncut dicks, especially ones with an unstretched frenulum tend to collect stuff like skin, cum, precum, pee etc in between skin folds way more, so there's an extra effort to keep it as clean as a cut one. When it's circumcised, even a quick wash off cleans it quite well, because there's no skin fold to collect anything.
The best analogy I can think about dicks for girls is like boobs for us. Yeah they come in all sizes and shapes, and some may prefer larger ones, but functionally we can all work with them without any special consideration. It's the same with dicks. Yeah they sometimes like the appearance of a larger one, and especially for Gen Z girls who like to take pictures and videos, larger ones can look great on camera, but once it's inside, most girl don't really feel all that different pleasure wise. Some girls like a girthier one that makes them feel full and stretched inside, but that's just a preference.
So please focus on what matters more, i.e. improving the guy that's attached to the dick, keeping the dick hard and clean. If you can do that, you're golden no matter what.
