I agree with you, that we do not want both type of "uncivilised gentry"! They have no value for history/records/other peoples passionate belongings, because only these 2 types of guys have values and passions; and according to thier mindset all others in Sri Lanka or even the world are Barbarians/Savages! "If you ever visit the mental hospital in Angoda, you would find that the inmates would look at the people on the road outside and scream that all those outside are out of their mind".
