One of my friend (not close) working over there. As far what he said, not a good place work. (Less salary, More work).
But if you are a fresh graduate, don't miss the opportunity.

i worked there for a short period. not the best place to work.
particularly if u are a fresh graduate, this is not a very good place to work coz the technical experience you can gain is limited compared to other companies. workload is quite high too.
anyway the people are not bad.

well u can still consider joining there if u don't have other offers from better companies. compared to companies like wso2, 99x, MIT, leapset the experience is not good. but still can be better than many of the small unknown companies.
the company is stable and salary is not that bad. but the problems i explained are there - they don't use many commmonly used technologies... mostly used core java, basic web services and some oracle db stuff. when i was there, they didn't use a standard persistance framework (like hibernate or JPA) and had their own custom implementation. at that time they didn't use spring or j2ee either. and core java stuff also didn't require concurrent programming or heavy algorithm stuff that's why i said the experience is not good. coz if u want to switch jobs later, the market is looking for ppl with j2ee/web services/spring/ servlets etc knowledge. but again, it's a relative thing and i think this can still be better than some other smaller unstable companies. particularly if u are looking for a long career there, then won't be a problem coz i've seen some people there who have advanced till the architect role several years after joining there as fresh software eng grads.
so try to find out what they do at present, consider your goals in next few years and decide whether it matches u. my knowledge can be outdated coz i worked there few years back.
good luck with ur job hunt!
