I really don't understand the concept of why so many of these Mahinda supporters wants pompous outer show and glory.

One should be mindful that this is not some oil rich Arab state we are living but a poor third world country that is so much in debt that we need a glue two A4 papers to print out the Zero's that comes after the first Numeric.

Every damn cent we throw out to lavishly show off our empty and air headed mentality costs us money. Hard earned money.

I simply don't get these people's mentality.
