Colombo General Hospital and Eye Hospital should stop accepting Patient from outside Colombo District. We need proper health service in Colombo itself. We have to go to private hospitals because of overcrowding.Even private Hospitals are full. You are not allowed in without a bribe in government hospitals. It is pathetic. Give the same facilities to other provinces and districts as same as in Colombo. Do not crowd out Colombo residents and workers.We also need health care.

Both are national level care centers it is not called the general hospital is is called national hospital of Sri Lanka. Which is above all other hospitals in Sri lanka.our health system is such any one can take treatment from anywhere.
