I dont think this is the correct way. you have to doto company registration beauro located in colombo get application and there is lot of work to do

1. Fill all forms there are 2 forms
2. making articals of association
3. Official advertisement of establishment
4. get a company seal (not the rubber one embeded one)
5. apply for tax
, goto below website everything is there

if u can find a company secratory he will do everything for you, but you'll hvae to pay an amount
