මචන්ලා මට ලොකු උදව්වක් ඕනේ. මට දැන ගන්න ඕනේ. කොහොමද company එකක් register කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියල. එකට vat file එකක් open කරන්නත් ඕනේ. එක කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියල දන්නා කෙනක් ඉන්නවා නම් කියන්නකෝ....

if you want to import some thing no need to form a limited liability company. you can register a propriety business instead. you can go to the nearest divisional secretariat. (AGA office) near you. get the forms fill them and return. within two working days you can get the certificate of registration.
then go to the customs office at fort to register the company for imports. you will get a TIN ( tax identification no ) code.
then go to inland revenue vat office to get the vat no.

It's only filling forms.
cost of the company registration is about rs. 1500/=
tin code and vat less than rs. 1000/=
but you have to provide the required documents.
