Hi everyone I thought to start a new thread which will be useful to all . I think everybody knows about glassdoor.com. What they do is make employees review companies. The salary range, reviews and etc. I have seen some threads related to salary and some related mainly to software engineering positions. So I thought to start a thread where people who are working in companies can post about their companies. I mean what are the pros there and what are the cons. With salary range.


So the first review is from me.

I worked at hSenid Business Solutions as Trainee Implementation Engineer. (ex employee)

Pros:
The companies is good, exposure to new technologies.
Friendly co workers and teammates.
Basic Salary for trainee without degree is 15000 for degree holders 20,000 changes after 5 months but for some earlier.

Cons:
One or two people try do politics


Give your reviews or at least a bump


Note : This thread is not limited for reviews of IT industry.

Hope some one could help to have a sinhala version of this.

It doesn`t work with new technology men.. I worked here as a software engineer for 3 months.. It has HR product and most of component implement in VB.NET and telerik early version..

Ok but database development used the new technologies. That's what I mentioned.

XD they have both oracal and sql server back end. They asked us to design query for using simple function.
can u listed out what kind of new technology have u met as been in IE ?

Well using the cloud service was a new technology when implementing. But it didn't suit me, I worked there for 3 months only. Den Job hunting. Well this thread is to post about reviews of the companies we worked or working in

hSenid was lovely place 2 me. people are very friendly except dinesh! I had a very good days there..

I want 2 add one thing,

salary is not good at hSenid..
