1)Obtain any kind of information which held in any computer without lawful authority
penalty
A fine not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees(Rs. 100 000), OR
A imprisonment which may extend to five years OR
Both
2)Access to any computer or any kind of information which held in any computer without lawful authority with the intention of committing an offence
penalty
A fine not exceeding two hundred thousand rupees(Rs. 200 000), OR
A imprisonment which may extend to five years, OR
Both
3)perform any function knowing that such function will result in unauthorized modification or potential damage to any computer or computer system or computer program
penalty
A fine not exceeding three hundred thousand rupees(Rs. 300 000), OR
A imprisonment which may extend to five years, OR
Both
4)perform any function, knowing or having reason to believe that such function will result in danger to national security,the national economy or public order

5) Without lawful authority, obtained information from a computer or a storage medium of a computer buys, receives, sells,downloads, uploads, copies is a guilty

7)Any person who, without lawful authority produces, sells, procures for use, distributes or otherwise makes available any device,computer program,computer password,access code with the intent that it be used by any person for the purpose
