1st one is related to the security certificate of yahoo toolbar. try uninstalling it.
reason i believe this happened is because you said the PC date changed itself right? well security certificates are issued for a particular time period, after which they expire.. so i guess since the pc date is incorrect the system thinks the security certificate is expired.
changing the date back to the correct date or uninstalling the yahoo toolbar would fix it.
2nd one is.. simply you've been caught red handed for using pirated microsoft software.
