Connection between axiata and dialog?

just wondering what the connection between the two companies axiata and dialog? i mean both the companies have the same logo and axiata is malayasian.

ohh okay just found out that dialog is under axiata. like axiata is the main company or what ever you call and dialog is a sub company of it.
