    Cooking chocolate
    මම sugar intake එක ගොඩක් අඩු කරලා තියෙන්නේ, ඒත් chocolate is too good to give up.

Agree, Dark chocolate kiwwama normal chocolate bars and cooking chocolate wenama thiyenawane. cooking ewwa nikan kanna puluwanda?
Of course you can eat it.... but depends on whether you could. Cooking one is bitter. I never take sugar. My son also same. Does not touch sugar. He was never given sugar. But he eats ice cream and chocolates occasionally. It's how you train them. Both of us eat curd without sugar or honey. Coffee also same. Honestly it tastes better without sugar. But it depends on your liking to the sugars....

    then it should work.

I can survive without sugar too :D
It's really good if you skip sugar altogether. We eat rice, fruits etc and they all provide us with the sugars we need and it's much healthy. Have an occasional chocolate, piece of cake or sweet.

PS: The best dark chocolate I recently had was in Peru. Really good.
