Don't waste your money for useless tests... The antibody tests for testing immunity against infection isn't even recommended and there aren't any preset levels that guarantee full immunity. Moreover there are several variants now.

Our immunity system is far more complex and antibodies only tell part of the story. Please read my earlier posts on T-cells to get a clearer picture. There were several of these posts.

The basic antibodies that you are referring to disappears after about six months and depends on the age of the person. But memory B cells can be detected for at least eight months, and memory killer T cells have been observed for close to two years following COVID-19 infection. The T-cells provide you protection against severe infection and death.

Many people mistakenly think that it's the antibodies that provide major part of protective immunity. Its NOT. These only come to play at the early stages of the infection. It;s the body's second line of defense which includes the killer T-cells that comes into play next. Unlike the antibodies the killer T cannot directly see the virus but it can see a cell that's virus infected and immediately kills it. Please refer to my earlier posts.

Forget testing but take care... Hand sanitization and proper masks. I undertook two trips recently (one to the US) and survived - of course I am well vaccinated, and always supported for vaccine mixing.
