1. Uplord file (public_html) to file manager

- Create a Full cpanel backup in your old hosting account.
( Cpanel > Backup > Full Cpanel Backup )

- Then contact the namesilo support and ask them to migrate/transfer and restore the backup. Normally, they will do this stuff for new users. Also, you need to provide the login credentials for them. If not you can create an FTP account and give them credentials.

- After that simply change the nameservers.

If you have root login access -

old hosting -
/scripts/pkgaccount username

transfer/upload the backup to the new server

new hosting
/scripts/restorepkg backup_file.tar.gz
