I don't think Qatar will be easily affected as Dubai. Qatar has enough oil & natural gas reserves. They might cut in employment but the economy will grow.

they have more than enough of money, the only country which is going downhill is Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka's economy is in a bad state, billions in debt, corruption, no value for the exchange rate, so while we stop talking about Dubai, I'm sure Dubai will survive with there massive mass structure of wealth already stored.
