I have to hold up my phone for days, weeks maybe years to talk to a dialog customer care agent! sometimes I blamed when someone answered me!!!! because they even do not let me use the speaker phone or the headset! I turned the speaker phone on and put my phone on my desk until someone answer my call.cos my hand was suffering alot!!! at once someone answer and told me to turn off the speakerphone in an unusual tone!!!! wtf!!!!! they do it to almost anyone using speakerphone or the headset when talking to the customer care.
