This is called a RAT(Remote Administrator Tool).... its a very powerful tool of hacking. And i say Yes we are protected because to be infected from a RAT we have to click the program(server) which hacker sends us if you do not accept any files from an unknown people you dont have to worry. Then becarefull when you download stuff make sure you have scanned it before running it ... and remember to keep a secondary firewall ..... if you do this all ,dont worry you are 90% protected !!!

LOL... come on man there is nothing wrong in share something to save people in elakiri from those hackers

the thing is man.....i am a semi-hacker.....

nothing serious....but still....

besides dude.....if you put them in one track they get so focused on it its just plain dumb....

for example most EKians use ESET....

but i guess i can understand what you mean....so...to all ekians....

as a person who studied CEH....i highly recommend theses steps below....

1) use avira + spybot + comodo firewall.....of course you have to keep them updated & do system scans regularly....having a secondary antivirus...which you change constantly....like use Norton one month then change to avast for 6 months etc...always change...same for firewall....

2) and if you go to a net cafe.....always use a virtual keyboard....especially to type in user names & passwords....

3) & home users simply changing the "administrator" user name of ur PCs to something unique can save ALOT of problems for you....even if someone gives u a "RAT".....

4) and did you know...that if you fully study DOS.....you will never need any other SW.....DOS is THE most powerful O/S in the world.....using DOS you can write up ur own firewall.....stop viruses in their tracks....heck you can even speed up ur internet speeds to the maximum....

this is all i can think of for nw....srry

follow my advice.....and never see ur PC slow down again....

What i wanted to say is you can Get infected by a RAT server only if you click it, its like a trojan which made by a hacker if you click it your so doomed.....so make sure tht u dont download any unsafe programmes or torrents .... when you double click that server client your pc will be listed on hackers monitor like the above screen shot...after that he can control your PC as he wanted ,,, and ill gove you guys some examples for RAT clients.... Poison Ivy,cerebrus and cybergate ..... and above screen shot was taken from a cerebrus RAT(i guess)... And also RAT is a highly detectable tool now virus guard are updated to detect almost every powerfull RAT's
