  • this is Xeroderma Pigmentosum (rare genetic disease)

    the cells can not repair the damaged DNA, resulting extensive
    accumulation of mutations and consequently skin lesions/cancers.

    It's the most common form of this disease is caused by the absence of the
    UV-specific excinuclease (an enzyme), impairing the repair process
    casued by ULTRAVIOLET light.
