thanks and not every rock or metal band sing about dark stuff..but when they started ..mostly they were to sing about social issues ..and alternative themes

loads of mainstream rock bands like nickelback or saliva even staind sing about love themes...dark lyrics and music are only a part of it evanescence is a alternative/mainstream rock band with very dark lyrical and musical content which is almost gothic
