Data UPLOAD & DOWNLOAD Matter

Hi All,

I need to know when Broadband Client (e.g : Dialog, Mobitel and Hutch) calculates the Customer's Used Data amount, do they consider the Upload Data Amount as well ?


(1) In that case, suppose my Download Amount is 600MB and Upload Amount is 400MB, will I be charged for 1000MB as the Total Usage ?


(2) Is there anything I can do with Net Limiter Software to restrict Upload process ? and control it only when I need it

Yes, upload + download both will get counted.

I know, I don't use Torrents. I found that some of the virus guards and real time update required sites also need uploading. I heard Net limiter can block all these Upload process.
