වෙනස්කන් නම් කියන්න පුළුවන්. එත් උබේ ප්‍රශ්නෙට උත්තරේ නම්, DDR type බලල computer ගන්නේ නැ බන්. උබේ ගානට, වැඩ වලට ඕන processor එක තෝරගත්තම එකට හරියන ram type එක ගහපන් ඉතින්. DDR 4 ලාබයි වේගේ වැඩියි.

Correct... The voltage difference of 1.5V to 1.2V translates to nearly a saving of 15W per stick. Also DDR4 is available in larger capacities. DDR4 appeared around 6 years ago...It's time to drop DDR3. But note that DDR3 can still be used. The prices of these chips does not exactly depend on performance. It's the demand in the market.

DDR4 came in 2014 while DDR3 came out in 2007. DDR4's data rate is faster and efficient in power There is nothing more to it. It's just new. In this year DDR5 will be released so DDR4 prices will come down a bit

I don't think DDR5 will arrive this year. JEDEC just released (only two weeks ago) the JESD79-5 DDR5 SDRAM standard. So probably later in 2021.

At 6.4 Gbps, DDR5 doubles the bandwidth of DDR4, which tops out at 3.2 Gpbs. At launch, DDR5 modules will reach 4.8 Gbps, providing a 50 percent improvement versus the previous generation. Density goes up four-fold with maximum density increasing from 16 Gigabits per die to 64 Gigabits per die in the new spec. Also increased power efficiency as they run at 1.1V.
There will be both 8 Gigabit and 16 Gigabit DDR5 products at launch.
