It would be good if you can appoint some good moderators who can be on the watch , because there had been recent porn threads and unwanted spamming on this site......another reason is that the member count is so large........so appointing about 10 15- reliable moderators would be great to update the standards of the site....

I agree with you. Moderators could help reduce spamming, also ban members who keep on spamming.

but i think appointing 10 - 15 mods is essential coz....they can online most of the time and they also can merge similar threads....so the server load is a bit less...for eg:
when an unfortunate incident like a bomb blast take place every one is keen to open multiple threads on the topic......but if a mod can merge all those threads into one.....then it is useful for the reader as well as the other new seeking members...then server load is reduced..and the site looks neat and in order.
