Which Sri Lankan banks issue Debit cards that can be used for online purchasing?

What are the requirements for requesting a Debit card?

Yes, but not many banks allow internet transactions through debit cards.

Commercial Bank debit card cannot be used for internet transactions. I asked them.

have you try Sampath WEB CARD...???

it's a pre-paid visa card......

available 2500/= up.........
u get a account.......
u have to put money in the account b4 make a transaction.......

i'm using that.........it's good.........
but it's not a debit card.........
and can only use for online transactions(as far as i know)
