Debit/Credit Card Service Charge at Fuel Stations

Do you guys know that any Debit/Credit Card which service charge (2%) is free for payments at fuel stations?

I'm using a sampath bank debit card and some fuel stations won't charge service charges and some does. But later on the bank will add the service charge to your account. Which means there are no service charges at all
