Dell laptop එක කෙලවෙලා..

මචන්ලා දැන් මාස 2කට විතර කලින් අලුතෙන් ගත්ත dell inspiron 15 3000 lap එක blue screen එක ඇවිත් වැඩ නැතුව ගියානේ..

සිද්දිය මෙහෙමයි මුලින්ම blue screen එක ආවෙ bit-torrent install කරාට පස්සෙ lap එක on කරපු පලවෙනි පාර.. ඊට පස්සෙ දවස් දෙක තුනක් ඇතුලත ආපහු blue screen දෙපාරක් ආව, ඒ දෙකම උනේ පැය තුනක් විතර එකදිගට illustrator වැඩ කර කර ඉන්නකොට (illustrator වැඩ කරනකොට lap එක සෑහෙන රත් වෙනවත් එක්ක) හැබැයි මට මේ blue screen තුනේම ආපු error codes මතක නැහැ.

ඊට පස්සෙ මේ අන්තිමට lap එක වැඩ කරන්නෙ නැතිවුනේ නිකම් මම pdf එකක් කියව කියව ඉද්දි blue screen එක ඇවිත්.. හැබැයි lap එක පැය 3ක් විතර on එකෙත් තිබ්බ ත්‍රමක් රත් වෙලත් තිබ්බ ඒකදි ආපු error code එකනම් KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED කියල ආවෙ... ඔකෙන් පස්සෙ අය lap එක on උනේම නැහැ. අඩුම තරමේ dell logo එක එන්නෙත් නැහැ.. 10 පාරක් විතර on කරන්න try කරද්දි එකපාරක් විතර logo එක එනවා.. ඒ වෙලාවට boot menu ගියත් safemode on කරන්න බැහැ keyboard එක වැඩ කරන්නෙ නැඃඇ

ඕක තමා බන් සීන් එක.. warranty තියෙනවා තමා ඒත් මේ වෙලාව හදාගන්න බැහැනේ.. ඊටත් වඩා මට ප්‍රශ්නෙ ඇයි එහෙම උනේ කියන එක බන්??

p.s.- තව දෙයක් බන් ඕක කොම්පැනි එන්නෙ 4gb ram එකක්නේ.. මම ඕකට ගත්ත කඩෙන් 8gb එකක් ගැහුවා.. හැබැයි ගහපු ගමන් on උනේ නැහැ.. ඒ ගහපු ram එකෙ DIMM අගයත් lap එකේ එකට වඩා ගොඩක් වෙන මම දැක්ක (දෙගුනයක් විතර).. ඒත් මම ගමනක් ගිහින් එද්දි පොර ඒකම දාල lap එක හදල තිබ්බ.. හැඹැයි ඇහුවම කියන්නෙ නැහැ.. ඒක කොහොමද බන් කරන්නෙ ඒක දැනගන්නත් ඕනෙ මට??

අනික ඔය සීන් එක නිසාම lap එක ගත්ත කඩේට ගිහින් ඔය ram එක ගලවලත් try කරා.. ඒත් on උනේ නැහැ.. company යවන්න බැහැනේ curfew නිසා ඒ නිසා ගෙදර ආව..


ඔන්න මුලු storyයම ලිව්ව බන් මට දැනගන්න ප්‍රධාන ප්‍රශ්න 3ක් තියෙනවා බන්.
1. lap එකට මොකද උනේ?
2. අර ram සීන් එක කොහොමද කරන්නෙ?
3. මේකට කරන්න දෙයක්?

1. over heat වෙන්න පුළුවන් හරියට heat sink එක touch වෙලා තිබුනේ නැත්නම් .
2. Ram එකේ අවුලක් වෙන්න ත් පුළුවන්

ටික වෙලාවක් තිබිලා Blue Screen එනවනම් ගොඩක් වෙලාවට Over Heat වෙන නිසා.
කොහොමත් warranty තියෙන නිසා අත ගහන්න යන්න එපා . හෙට අනිද්දා වෙනකොට Service Centers අරියි . එතකොට අරං ගිහින් දීලා හදා ගන්න

lap එක ගත්ත කඩෙන්මයි ගැහුවේ බන්.. උන් කිව්ව උන්ට එහෙම ගහන්න පුලුවන් අවුලක් නෑ කියලා. අනිත් එක ram එක ගහලා මාස 1.5ක් විතර අවුලක් උනේ නෑ. bit torrent එක දාපු දවසෙනෙ මුලින්ම් blue screen ආවෙ.. එතන ඉදල සතියක් ඇතුලත් ඔක්කොම ටික උනේ

අලුත් ram එක ගලෙව්වත් හරි ගියේ නැහැ.




උනුත් කියන්නෙ service centre දාපන් කියලා.

මචං මට පොඩි අව්ලක් තියෙනවා මන් වැරදිනම් කියහං,, ගත්ත තැනින් කිව්වන්නන් එහෙම ගහන්න පුළුවන් කියලා ඒ කියන්නේ උන් del එකේ service agent එක කරනව ද,එහ්න්නම් එතනට දීලා ඕක හදාගන්න පුළුවන් ද. නැත්නම් සර්විස් සෙන්ටර් යාවනවන්ම වෙන තැනකින් ගලවෙව්ව එකක් උන් හදයිද වොරන්ටි cancle කරන් නැතුව.

From there you can see the original memory spec of this laptop.

See if the added new memory has the same spec. If not, get it replaced.

The first thing to do is to remove your added RAM.

With Power Off, disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain residual power.
Then connect the AC adapter or power cord and the battery .

Assuming it starts up, as the computer boots, press F12 when the Dell Splash Screen appears.
From the menu displayed launch the Dell diagnostics. That will give you an idea about any hardware issues.
