thanks machan.no i'm hoping to leave after completing my agreement duration.and i have heard there is no power in the agreement although we signed it.because one of my friend told the agreement should sign infront of a lawyer.otherwise it's not a valid one.is it true?(but in my agreement has mentioned that i have to pay if a leave before completing as u said machan).can you plz explain if you know regarding that?

My quick advice by reading your words is it is better if you work according to the agreement. Be faithful to the place you work. leave after 1 year. i'm a SE too..

agreement doesn't have to signed in front of a lawyer. Normaly they will give you a service letter once you resign. But the quality/tone depends on the relationship you have with the company.

I dont your new company will rely on the service letter. If for any reason if you are unabale to get the service letter just explain the situation to new company. If you have prooved yourself in the interviews they will trust you.
